Brilliant location a few minutes walk from Clapham Junction and a few bus stops. The flat was clean and well furnished with plenty of amenities that were much welcomed. The lady who runs it was really responsive and very helpful when any issues arose. I stayed there after a surgery so it being on the bottom floor was great! There was also a private car park area and a gate to enter and leave the area the flat was in which made me feel very secure.
The front door was quite tough to open, it needed a good push and pull to get it to latch properly, but it wasn't too bad once you got the knack.

Very good connection to city center via train or via buses.
Most important shops in very walkable distance.
Owner is _very_ open and communicative making everything easier and more pleasant.
Flat shows it's age a bit - crackles in painting, damaged light controls, mostly minor stuff.
Kitchen equipment could be more rich.

Lovely ground floor apartment with ample facilities for a 9 night stay for my mum and myself.
Private off-road parking available. Great location for nearby buses, trains/overground into central London. I would advise bringing earplugs if you're not used to the sound of nearby trains.
Regular communication from friendly host checking to make sure we had all we needed.
Would recommend!
Street-light outside bedroom on overnight and bedroom blind not very effective at keeping out light. Bedroom has a curtain pole- so probably just needs some curtains also.

Abgeschlossener Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, Lage direkt bei Clapham Junction, Wohnung an sich süß, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen
Es gab für vier Personen ein großes Bett, ein Schlafsofa und ein Klappbett (nicht bequem). Das wussten wir vorher nicht. Sauberkeit war okay, aber viel Überreste von früheren Bewohnern in den Schränken.
