Located less than 5 minutes from a metro and bus stop, with several supermarkets nearby, this accommodation is ideal for a small family (2 adults, 2 children), as was the case for us. We felt very much at home and would definitely stay there again. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are cosy and comfortable. The bathroom is simple but functional. Communication with the owner (Aldo) was always quick and smooth. Highly recommended.
Everything was wonderful for us. We’d do it again in a heartbeat.

L'appartamento si trova in 122 Broadhurst Gardens, una strata tranquilla e piena di verde a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata Finchley road della metropolitana Jubelee e Metropolitan (uscendo e andando a destra) e dalla stazione di West Hampstead, metropolitana , overground e Thameslink (uscendo e andando a sinistra). La posizione è quindi molto comoda per chi cerca tranquillità e buoni collegamenti. Ottimo anche il collegamento per Wembley, per noi fondamentale visto che eraamo li anche e soprattutto per un concerto. Ritiro chiavi e eventuale storage bagagli prorpio vicino alla fermata di Finchley road. Supermercati negozi e ristoranti vicini. L'appartamento è spazioso e accogliente con TV e wifi performante, due letti grandi e un divano, Abbastanza accessoriato in cucina con alcune cose che possono sicuramente essere aggiunte/migliorate. Il proprietario è un ragazzo che parla benissimo italiano è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere alle mie tante domande già prima di arrivare a Londra ed è una persona per bene e corretto. Dovessimo (spero) tornare a Londra torneremo qui perhèci è piaciuto tutto molto.
Potrebbe essere aggiunta qualche altro accessorio utile in cucina soprattutto per chi resta più giorni (noi 7 notti): macchinetta caffè, tovaglia, strofinacci, presine ecc.
Personalmete non ho amato i tappeti perchè siamo allergici.

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben posizionato.
Accanto alla metro di Finchley, quindi ben collegato sia con il centro via metro che con gli aeroporti via National Express.
Vicinissimo a vari supermercati di qualità. Quartiere tranquillo.
Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, ottima la comunicazione.
Consigliato anche per i soggiorni in famiglia.

Good communication; parking outside was easy.
The flat is very basic. Could do with a good refresh. The communal stairs up to the flat smelled strongly of cannabis. The garden area out front was full of dog mess and stunk through the kitchen windows.
Not the owner's fault, but it's something to be mindful of if you're renting out.
The owner was still at the property at 2pm cleaning. Very helpful but constantly saying not to make any noise as the people downstairs will complain. Signs stating not to drop anything on the floor due to noise going downstairs.
Ok for 1 night as we were attending a gig close by. But more like a hostel than a homely flat.
