AWFULL, STAY AWAY OF THIS PROPERTY

We arrived at the villa on 16.08 at around 23:30, exhausted after flight delays, travel, and the drive from the airport. Our scheduled check-in was around 18:00, which should have allowed ample time to prepare the villa properly before our arrival. Unfortunately, from the very first moments we encountered serious issues that turned what was meant to be a relaxing vacation into a deeply unpleasant and stressful experience. 1. Electricity and Water Failures • From the start, we faced significant problems with the electricity. In order to have lights and air conditioners working, we had to manipulate the electrical board both in the villa and in the parents’ bedroom. • After midnight, some lights stopped working altogether, and my WhatsApp messages to your management company went unanswered. • The pool recirculation system was so noisy that it disturbed everyone in the bedrooms throughout the night and the pool was dirty as if it hasn’t been cleaned for a year. Only the next day did I find a way to disable the noise and restore the water supply, which had suddenly failed while two people were showering. Again, my requests to the managing company were ignored (see attached correspondence). • The electricity problem remained unresolved throughout our stay. The lights in one bedroom and the minibar in the parents’ bedroom never functioned. 2. Shocking Condition of the Villa On the morning of 17.08, after a sleepless night due to the noise, power cuts, and water failures, we discovered the extremely poor condition of the villa itself, particularly the kitchen: • All surfaces, inside and out, were dirty and sticky. • The kettle and coffee machine did not work, and in any case, there was not a single coffee pack provided. • Showers, windows, balcony, and terrace glass barriers were filthy. • Toilets, sinks, and toiletries were in unacceptable condition. • A strong sewage smell spread from the parents’ bathroom throughout the bedroom. •

• A section of the glass barrier was broken, and the shards had simply been thrown outside. The terrace umbrella was missing, rendering the terrace unusable. • The bedrooms and beds were infested with bedbugs, and my family members were severely bitten (see attached photos). 3. Unprofessional and Ineffective Housekeeping Your management company was unresponsive. The only “service” we received was when two housekeepers entered the villa without notice while we were resting. One spoke only Greek, the other only English, and they could not even communicate with each other. When I tried to show them the many defects, the Greek-speaking woman repeatedly replied in broken English, “this doesn’t go.” I asked them to return the next day when we would be out, but upon our return we saw they had only cleaned the kitchen superficially. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and outside areas remained untouched. At that point, after repeated disappointments and ignored messages, we stopped contacting the management company altogether. We were forced to remain in a dirty, smelly, and uncomfortable villa for the entire period of our vacation.

Obiekt nie jest dostosowany do przyjmowania ośmiorga osób (w sypialniach jest miejsce dla sześciu osób , a w salonie na rozkładanej sofie może sprać siódma osoba). Problemy z prądem w dolnym apartamencie oraz brak oświetlenia przed schodami prowadzącymi do niego.
