Location was great - close to Railway Station for Skybus. Nice hotel close by for dinner and good cafe for breakfast.

Location and parking. Two bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Minimalist decor was good.
Wi-fi didn’t work, large bed uncomfortable, couch like cardboard, bath mat was wet, view from balcony overlooked a rubbish laden rooftop which was probably unavoidable by them.

The location and car park was excellent. For future visitors, the car park has a very high clearance (at time of review) and a generous size park which is very rare in the Melbourne CBD (Nissan Patrol fitted well!).
The code didn't work for the car park which did cause stress at the end of the 4hr drive. After a few attempts at contacting the host, they did come to the property to let us in and were very helpful. The apartment itself is in need of a deep clean and some repairs. The ensuite sink is cracked and mouldy, showers are mouldy and the main bathroom toilet seat is broken. The main bed is just adequate - thin mattress, creaky bed and not very good pillows. The sofa bed wasn't adequate at all. We booked the apartment because we needed beds for 5 people and the couch/sofa bed was supposed to be one of those beds. Very hard with a big gap so very uncomfortable.
Overall, a really good clean and improved bedding this would have been a 5 star from us.
