Good location 5 mins from the city centre.
Secure access to the building with 2 lifts to all floors.Car parking below building for easy access
Lovely views from the apartment which was a good size for 4 people
A nice touch was the dishwasher and washing machine (although we didn't use either). kitchen had all the cleaning materials,washing up liquid and tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher.
Also toiletries for washing and showering.
Sockets for usb charging were plentiful.
Only 3 mugs in the cupboard which wasn't a problem for us, but just should have been checked by the cleaner.
Lifts could do with a clean regularly and the car park was rather messy with overflowing wheelie bins.(Not sure what can be done about these though.)

Great location, central easy to walk to things in the city. Parking was easy
The building itself isn’t the best. It’s very unkept, rubbish and graffiti everywhere.
