The host, Mr. Jimenez were absolutely great and accommodating. He made sure that all the complaints l raised were taking care of and he is very quick to respond and so is Aiva. But I am not sure though if Mr. Jimenez has been in his property to inspect what is going on in the unit and fixed what is needed.
The entire unit was unclean when we checked-in. Thick dusts was all over. The carpet is very old and dirty with stained specifically near the kitchen area. The paint and trim corners in the kitchen and bathroom door areas are peeling off and rotten. Water is coming out when showering coz there were no shower curtain. The kitchen cabinet door was broken. And the tiny personal refrigerator is put on top of a dirty foam and is leaking.

It was very close to the mall and a food market. The staff from guards to Lobby receptionist, were all so kind and welcoming. House keeper was also very responsive whenever we needed help.
