Great simple stay. It was very quiet in this neighborhood. Awesome price-quality balance for berlin. If you are looking for a quiet stay, look no further. The place is far from the city and from any metro station, but e-bikes and scooters for rent were always available in the vicinity which makes transportation easy and affordable. I never met any other tenant or the hosts, everything went on contactless and I loved the privacy. The toilet was exceptionally clean. Kitchen available for guests, with all necessary utensils. There is a family with little kids living in the house, so I was woken up late Saturday morning to children laughing outside in the garden, but i much more prefer that sound to the sound of drunk tourists in hostels. If you like to sleep in long into the day like i do (especially on weekends), bring your earplugs just in case. I would love to stay again at this place. Bed was comfy, sheets and towels smelled nice, kitchen was super useful.
There were no operating metro stations close by. I relied on transportation by bus and e-bike.

The price and the room were excellent
The kitchen and bathroom were a little filthy, when I arrived the keys weren't on the box (is self checking) so I couldn't enter for almost an hour, they don't answer the phone they provided (at least not in WhatsApp) and they took their time to answer the chat through Booking
