Had problems with collecting keys (incorrect key code sent) and had to wait at the property an hour for bed linen to be delivered for cleaner to make up bed.

Location was perfect for my work visit to Wimbledon. Ground floor was easy with work bags. Bed was comfy. Area was quiet. Parking space was essential for work and clearly marked. Washing machine was useful. Good table for work - but had to use sofa cushions to get chair to good computer work height.
Bathroom was compact - and okay for me, but my large American colleague would have struggled to get into the bathroom and may have had to step into the shower then close Bathroom door before accessing the loo.

Good location; clean.
The shower did not work. Had a blown fuse that I had to fix myself after texting back and forth with Guest Ready to diagnose the problem and to find the fuse box. Also, the rental should disclose up front that the key has to be picked up at a location that is an 8 minute walk from the flat; this was unexpected and inconvenient with luggage.
