We loved everything about our stay. From the moment we booked we had friendly and welcoming service. Nothing was enough for the host.
On arrival the property was very clean and the outside area just made it for us.
We travelled as 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids. We were all very comfortable.
The location is a little bit out of the way but a fun tuktuk ride or a short stroll along the lanes makes the location perfect for those wanting to not be on the main streets.
The location is very peaceful in the day and at night. The beaches around are wonderful and offer great sunsets. The pool at the villa is just Devine.
We would a million percent recommend and also return.

We had a fantastic week here. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a large enclosed garden—perfect for children.
Communication was excellent: our contact person helped us with everything, from arranging a birthday cake to organizing a driver, excursions, and helpful local tips.
The driver they arranged picked us up in Negombo and later took us to our next destination. During our stay, he was available 24/7 via WhatsApp, took us everywhere, made restaurant reservations, and was wonderful with our children. That made the week extra relaxing.
We also really appreciated the use of the washing machine. Small details like the provided umbrellas and smooth payment process also added to our comfort.
Thanks to the house, the excellent service, and the fantastic driver, we had an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!

Hele mooie villa met veel ruimte. 5 slaapkamers en 5 badkamers, keuken, zithoek, grote tuin en een zwembad. Ook kinderbedje was geregeld. Vooraf contact eigenaar op de app en bij aankomst stond iemand ons op te wachten. Broer van de eigenaar woont erachter en had een eigen tuktuk.
Ook vervoer naar Negombo geregeld.
Doordat er geen ontbijt bij zit ben je afhankelijk van de omgeving alleen zit er niet veel in de buurt. Minimaal 15 minuten lopen.
Tip: een paraplu op locatie zou handig zijn voor de regen.
Onze chauffeur naar Negombo vroeg aan het einde meer dan was afgesproken dus zorg dat je de afgesproken prijs zwart op wit hebt. Eigenaar boodt zijn excuses hiervoor aan.
