The room was very nice and great location. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The water from the shower didn’t drain properly- it got a lot of water outside onto the floor. Also, could hear neighbors easily.

They did not disclose that there were stairs so we could not stay there as my partner is disabled. No one ever responded to our emails or texts about getting a refund. But the place looked cute from the outside

Staff never responded to us after receiving payment, never sent the code to enter so I couldn't see anything.
