Come struttura mi è piaciuta tanto secondo un mio parere il supplemento delle 70 euro per quando mi riguarda nn è giusto perché a volte per colpa di un ospite ne pagano gli altri le conseguenze il titolare della casa visto che ha i documenti degli ospiti una volta che ci sono dei danni alla struttura è giusto che pagano

Geweldig terras met prachtig uitzicht! Historisch huis, goed onderhouden, heerlijk fris gewit, prachtige parketvloer en wat klassieke inrichting. De indeling is als volgt: eerst twee trappen (elk ca 15 treden) tot aan de voordeur. Dan heb je op deze verdieping de slaapkamer (prima bed en goede kussens en een mobiele airco en véél kastruimte) en badkamer (douche, toilet, bidet, wastafel). Dan een trap (ca 16 treden) naar de ruime woonkeuken (met eettafel, slaapbank, tv en airco en meer dan voldoende servies en keukenspullen en basisproducten als peper, zout, olie en koffie) en een extra toilet met wastafel. Tot slot een wenteltrap naar de bovenste etage met open haard, klein aanrecht, wasmachine én het fantastische terras (mét planten en bloemen). Het huis heeft een hele aangename atmosfeer. In de de straat is nauwelijks verkeer en verbazingwekkend genoeg heb je nagenoeg geen overlast van de horeca om de hoek.
In het historisch centrum zijn de huizen wat smal (bouwstijl van Puglia), daarom is ook de douchecabine ietwat klein uitgevallen, maat volstaat prima bij een normaal postuur. De wenteltrap is even wennen, maar het went sneller dan je denkt!

We’re very upset to be asked for €10 per night to use the kitchen? We pointed out the booking conditions which were everything included and the lady relented.
Flat lovely toilet drips, main oven doesn’t work, dishwasher leaks and on our last day the sink tap wouldn’t turn off.

Struttura centralissima, molto comoda, non lontana dal mare
Bagni su entrambi i livelli.
L’accesso all’appartamento è al secondo piano e internamente è su due piani. Se si desidera andare nello splendido terrazzo vista mare e vista duomo c’è un’ulteriore ripida scala a chiocciola.
In terrazzo ci sono due comode sedie reclinabili , ma nessun tavolo.
Cucina molto spaziosa, ma con padelle vecchie e scrostate e nessun contenitore oltre ai piatti. Non ci sono strofinacci.
