Khách sạn rất gần Hồ Tây. đi bộ 15p và đường rất dễ đi. Xung quanh cũng có cửa hàng tiện lợi. Phòng ốc thì tạm
Ôi staff không biết tiếng Anh nhưng tôi đặt 2 phòng. 1 phòng family 1 phòng đôi. thì khi họ đưa chìa khóa cho chúng tôi là qua giờ check in được 1-2 tiếng rồi, nhưng chúng tôi vẫn phải chờ mới có phòng. Họ đưa chìa phòng đôi trước, tôi thấy có 3 thẻ, tôi hỏi đi hỏi lại 2 lần là đây là phòng cho 3 người à? họ confirm đúng. bạn tôi lên nghỉ ngơi được 15p tôi mới nhận phòng thứ 2, lúc lên mở cửa mới biết căn phòng thứ 2 này mới là phòng cho 3 người (phòng family). thế là bạn tôi lại phải dọn dẹp lại phòng đôi kia cho tôi lên dùng và xuống phòng dưới. Đã thế còn không cùng tầng, mỗi lần gặp nhau hẹn nhau phải xuống tầng 1 rồi mới lên lại được.

Service was very good. The staff were very helpful. We were discussing the directions among ourselves and the staff at the front desk heard us and took the initiative to step out from their counter to offer help. The warm porridge at night and self-service laundry made it very convenient for families travelling with children. We love the rooms too. Spacious and very clean.
