The location was great, right in the heart of the shopping and near West Lake.
The hotel seemed old and worn out. Corridors had a musty smell to it. Breakfast was poor, not value for money.

Great location, the west lake is within walking distance. Tube station, restaurants, shopping mall are just on the door step. Staff are very friendly.
Laundry machines are limited, with just two washing machines and two tumble dryers, and this is too few for a hotel which has 10 floors, but I did find that they typically have a busy time (evening until after midnight) and a quiet time. I washed my clothes in the morning when I found that the machines were always available. The staff there are also happy to look after the washing for you if you don't have time to wait.
