The bed was big and very comfortable. The room was clean and modern, we had a nice hot shower. The staff were very kind.
It’s an uphill walk back to the property from the main plaza which can be a little difficult if you are still getting used to the altitude.

La limpieza de la habitación e instalaciones, además de la amabilidad de la familia. La locomoción pasaba por fuera para llegar a diferentes lugares de Cusco lo que hacía fácil el traslado.

It was fairly quiet apart from one nearby dog every night - but, welcome cusco!
They need to tell you the door pass code straight away - i had to keep ringing a bell, getting various elders from the family to come to the door. Only when i asked if i had to always ring the bell & dusturb someone to get in did they tell me the code. Nonsense!
The floors above mine were unfinished & totally open to the elements, so your door is basically exposed to the outdoors, so it was a little chilly. Luckily i was alone & could use covers off other beds.
Breakfast was basic at best with no options
