We absolutely loved our stay- the property had everything we needed for a few days in Cusco and then some.

Breakfast was, made in front of you and friendly staff
Communication not good. Was left outside at night with no entry code or anyone to let me in!
Super basic with not even a kettle provided.
Little soap and no shampoo/conditioner

Kettle in room. Heater. Big room. Comfy bed. Breakfast on terrace. Lots of heavy blankets for bed
Room was cold but didn't realise there was a small heater which helped. Bedside lamp would have been nice.

Hot shower, comfy bed. Amazing helpful staff who made me feel at home and happy to help with anything. I also booked an excursion through the hotel and had a great day out. Thank you ☺️
