I would give 11 out of 10 for this stay. The property is beautifully maintaines, everything works. The rooms are well equipped, so is the kitchen. Water pressure is strong, shower is hot. Breakfast is tasty. The owner is very attentive, cleaning and exchange of towels are done regularly.

Short walk into town centre, great little apartment, excellent breakfast
Shower water could have been hotter

Besides the nice and comfortable rooms and the very friendly staff we really appreciated their booking flexibility: we had booked first 3 nights in one room type then 2 following nights in a different room type, as the first type was not available for 5 nights. I hurt my leg a few days before arriving in Cusco so I had difficulties climbing stairs and the first room was on the 2nd floor... They then managed to find us a nice room on the ground floor that we could keep for the 5 nights! We really appreciated it!

Very big room and cozy bed, also the cleaninf lady is very friendly and helpful. Swift response when asking questions
Staff didn't give flexibility for checkout - 10am is very early although room was not booked.
