The location was excellent and very convenient. We also appreciated the clear video instructions, which explained the check-in process and access to the apartment very well.
The parking was very difficult with a large car, and this should be clearly mentioned in the property description. The cleanliness could also be improved, especially because we had an issue with ants in the apartment. Better cleaning tools, including a vacuum cleaner, would be helpful. Communication with the person responsible also felt very impersonal and mostly automated, and when we needed help with the parking, the response was not as polite or understanding as we expected.

Apartamentul este foarte spațios și dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru o vacanță pe cont propriu în Italia. Obiectivele turistice sunt la câteva minute de mers pe jos. Magazinul este la 200 m,

two bathrooms are nice. Big house. Comfortable beds
Horrible parking. The car lift is very small and easy to scratch car. We got trapped in the car lift half way up for an hour due to computer malfunction. It happened on a frozen day when we checked out with two kids. Very unpleasant. location is 20mins walk from the center. Very difficult to get into the house. The host is not nice. They are not being reasonable. They want us to fill out forms online in order to check in even through i told them we don't have internet. They refused to meet us in person at 8:30pm. The form has tons of questions for four of us and will reset and wipe out everything if you response too slowly. Also, one need to click the phone to enter the gate. So I won't recommend this place if you need to park or you are not good at tech.
