Fabulous property in Palmetto Bluff! The home is absolutely stunning, thoughtfully designed and the location could not be more convenient to shops and restaurants. We sent even feel the need to get a golf cart or bikes since everything was so close! Communication was very quick and efficient. We really enjoyed the property amenities that are available for a fee like the pool, golf, and bowling. Perfect home for a family or group of friends looking to relax and unwind. We’ve already talked about coming back again next year!

Beautiful home, clean, exactly as pictured. When we arrived at the property we were given a keypad code but could not the locate the keypad. It was not on or near the front door and we were not given instructions as to where it was located. There is a large notebook with lots of information on local attractions, restaurants, etc….but very little information regarding the house. There were no instructions regarding the a/c thermostats. The upstairs was considerably warmer than the downstairs and could not be adjusted. We could never sync our music apps to the Sonos Sound system. You could only listen to the few available Sonos stations without a subscription. We were never able to watch TV, even with tech savvy millennials navigating the controls. Again, no instructions were found. Several bedrooms have pocket doors that were difficult to slide and close for privacy, one came off the rails and would not move. We were charged 250 to repair. As a property manager myself, I understand that things happen and don’t always work as intended. The property manager never asked about our issues with the door, just said that “we pulled so hard, that it came off the rails.” If it was working properly, it would not have come off the rails. Beautiful home, but never felt “at home”. Too many details left unexplained which made the house feel unwelcoming.

The host made our stay very easy and seamless with good communication and follow through. The home was very clean and accommodating. The location was extremely good as it was steps from the Wilson Village.
