This is a beautiful hotel that has residents who live there and is also offers hotel accommodation. The two restaurants next to the building are excellent, The Shed and the an Italian restaurant. The parking is close to the building and free of charge. The check in is easy and the elevators are conveniently located. The room was spacious with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and it was very nice to have a washer,
dryer, dishwasher, and sink. The shower has a nice water pressure and has large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The pool area outside looked gorgeous but it was too cold to swim when we stayed. The downside to the room: the hotel phone was broken and they never fixed it even though they were told about it immediately, the bathroom towels were never washed before and left lint all over our bodies, the bottle of body wash was empty, the rug on the floor was dirty, and they only have a Nespresso machine and the selections of coffee weren’t very good or well stocked. They keep the remotel control for the tv on the windowsill. Customer service was just okay. I liked it but don’t know that I would stay here again.

The Selby is, without question, the crown jewel of Westbury. From the moment you arrive, the opulence of the property is striking; every detail feels meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of pure sophistication and grandeur. The design is remarkably fancy, blending modern elegance with a timeless, high-end feel that makes the entire residence feel like a five-star retreat.
What truly sets this property apart, however, is the impeccable professionalism of the staff. Every interaction was handled with such grace and efficiency that it’s clear the management holds itself to the highest possible standards. It is rare to find a development where the physical beauty of the building is matched so perfectly by the quality of the service.
Kudos to the developers for bringing such a luxurious and world-class vision to life. I cannot wait for my next opportunity to return to this stunning property!

Having stayed at The Selby multiple times, I can confidently say the experience is top-tier. My only hiccup in the past was with one or two staff members but a few rotten apples don't spoil the bunch! The staff has shown fantastic improvement over the past few weeks and just keeps getting better!
A big thanks to **Mark** and **Sherrianne** for their exceptional service, as well as the wonderful young lady managing the continental breakfast lounge—she was remarkably kind and helpful. Between the improving team and the impeccable property, The Selby never disappoints!
