The tenant must send a photo of the water, gas and electricity meter BEFORE and AFTER.

FOR ANY OFFENSES THAT THE TENANT MAY HAVE ON SITE, THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY THE FINE OR HE WILL BE EXPULSED FROM THE HOUSE AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. THE TENANT WILL HAVE TO GO TO SIGN FORMS AT THE ADMINISTRATION.
