About this house rental
Discover our bright 2,400 sq ft SE Austin home in Easton Park. Completed in May 2020, it features an open kitchen/living area with fireplace, 3 guest rooms, and a spacious backyard. Just 5 mins to McKinney Falls State Park, 10 mins to COTA, and 15 mins to downtown, the airport, Zilker Park, and the Convention Center. If you’re looking to attend a show, we’re only 9 mins from the music venue concourse project. Experience Austin living at its best!
Each guest room comes with a queen bed, tvs, wi-fi, bathrooms, and closets.
The kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and Keurig coffee maker along with dishes & other necessities. There is seating at the kitchen island in addition to the dining table.
Street parking is available in the driveway and in front of the home. Garage excluded from use unless approved by owner.
There is a tv provided in each guest room and living room w/ Roku (logged into amazon prime video, apple tv, netflix, hulu and HBO). We also include bathrobes in each guest room as well as shower essentials.
Guests will have access to three guest rooms, laundry room, living, kitchen and dining spaces. In the backyard we have a patio with outdoor seating that guests can enjoy. There are also miles of walking trails in the neighborhood guests can explore.

Property had a nice spacious living room and kitchen. The big surprise was that all three bedrooms were very small and all three beds were full size. Also the two bath rooms were small. Best part of the home is definitely the living room and kitchen. A very nice token of appreciation was a bottle of wine!

I loved this house! It is in a wonderful neighborhood with walking trails. The house is spotless and well stocked. The owner was super responsive to our questions and so helpful when we forgot something.

Lovely, comfortable, quiet stay in Easton Park. All amenities in excellent condition. Food in the frig, great cookware and dishes. Kind gift of a bottle of wine
