This is a compact basement studio in a split-level home with a private entrance. The sleeping area, kitchenette, and bathroom are arranged in a small footprint, best for solo travelers or couples using it as a simple home base.



Inside you'll find a queen bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, WiFi, and in-unit washer/dryer.



There is no separate desk, dining table, or lounge/sitting area. Guests who need a dedicated work setup or a place to hang out for long stretches may prefer another listing.



This is a basement unit below/near another listing, so footsteps and neighbor noise from upstairs can be audible.

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
