Good to stay and convenient to go to downtown by bus

Cozy and comfortable . Perfect area and convenient to get bus or supermarket (5 min ). Host was nice and polite .

Nightmare

A terrible place, smells of marijuana everywhere, dirty building, far from transportation, you walk through a dark street like through a backyard. The house was in a terrible state, uncleaned, I had to wait 2 hours for someone to come to clean it. The apartment flooded from above, well, we were in it, we called the owner and he responded after 5 hours, we had to dry the furniture, at the same time the alarm went off and no one took any measures, we still had to fix it and this for 10 hours. The owner said he would compensate us for the inconvenience caused, but that didn't happen either.

The size of the apartment was good, but the location was only fair so far as our needs were concerned. The photos on Booking.com depict the apartment as looking much more luxurious than it is.

The apartment needs a good refurbish and clean. The toilet seat was broken, the bathroom as a whole needs upgrading, carpet in the hallway outside the apartment was filthy and badly needs cleaning/replacement. There is no Supermarket close by, and we had to walk for 10 minutes to the major bus stop to go to Canary Wharf.
