Dirty and bloodstained bedsheets, no blankets, and terrible customer service that repeatedly ignored our complaints.

The location was convenient, and the apartment itself had potential. Unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by the poor cleanliness and lack of customer service.

Our experience was extremely disappointing, particularly considering what we paid for our stay. When we arrived, we discovered that the bedsheets were dirty and even had bloodstains on them. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service, the sheets were not replaced for THREE DAYS. On top of that, we were not provided with proper blankets, meaning we had to sleep without blankets. The kitchen utensils and dishes were also extremely dirty, making it unpleasant to use the kitchen facilities. Even something as simple as watching TV became impossible because the remote control batteries were dead. We contacted customer service about this, but they failed to provide replacement batteries, forcing us to deal with the issue ourselves. However, the worst part of our stay was the customer service. Every time we contacted them, they promised to resolve our problems, but nothing ever happened. We had to repeatedly follow up about basic necessities that should have been provided before our arrival. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent our time chasing customer service and dealing with problems that should never have existed in the first place. We eventually requested a partial refund due to the unacceptable conditions and repeated failures to resolve our complaints. The property acknowledged our request and informed us that it was under review. However, almost 3 weeks later, we still have not received a meaningful response or any compensation. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for accommodation and then have to repeatedly ask for basic necessities such as clean bedsheets and blankets. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this property take these issues into account before booking.

Great place and location， we always to walk to the Path Station and two stops to New York City.

Path was great, property is comfortable and clean.

It would be better to replace the curtain.

We had a decent stay; found it convenient by location.

Perfect location for staying close to family we were visiting

Not spacious enough and not great value for the money

Achamos tudo PERFEITO!

Location was good for access to Grove street restaurants and coffee shops. Close to light rail and Liberty State Park.

Instructions to get keys were vague and missing the code to access them. Arrived 5 minutes before 3 but had to wait until 3 to open lock box. Not a long wait but frustrating after a long journey. People at front desk weren't forthcoming in how things worked.
