A prime location only a 3-minute walk to the PATH station, you can enjoy a quick 7-minute train ride to Downtown New York City. Whether exploring the local dining scene or heading into NYC, our apartment offers the perfect home base for your adventures.
The space
- 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment
- Both bedrooms have Queen size beds
- Spacious open plan living area, south facing (sunny)
- Large living area with Smart 55" Roku TV
- High speed internet & desk area, good for remote work
- Full size kitchen & dining area (including microwave, refrigerator, sink, oven, stove & basic cooking amenities)
- Coffee station, with complimentary starter tea & coffee
- Shower/bathtub
- In-unit laundry (washing machine & tumble dryer)

This apartment will be exclusively yours during your stay. We have smart locks so you can self check in when you arrive.
The other floors are occupied by other tenants and ourselves, you do not have access to these floors.

Please note, this is a historic building without an elevator. This apartment is accessed via communal stairs (you must climb stairs).
PARKING:
The nearest parking garage is located at Grove Pointe Apartments, next to Grove Street Path Station. It's a 3-minute walk away and has a 24-hour rate of $30 plus taxes.

Wanted to share a review following our recent stay at your property in Jersey City. We had an amazing experience, and the location was incredibly convenient. Being situated so close to the station and local restaurants made our trip seamless, especially with the easy access to Manhattan and the World Trade Center in under 20 minutes. Very responsive host. All amenities; everything from the kitchen and bath to the comfortable bedding was well-thought-out and greatly appreciated during our travels.I will highly recommend your place to others and will certainly look to stay here again on any future visits to Jersey City.

This place was perfect for my daughters and me. We enjoyed our stay here. It felt like home immediately. Communication with Peter was easy and he got back quickly with any quesrions that I had. Location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants, Whole Foods, the Paulus Hook Ferry and the Path. I will keep this place on my short list.

HIGHLY recommend. This very well appointed apartment is a fantastic place to stay. Ample dinnerware, great heat/air conditioning/comfortable beds. Very nicely decorated with many small and welcome touches. Host is great and responsive communicator. 15 minutes from the apartment to World Trade Center and easy access to subways from there, 30-45 to Penn Station. Fun neighborhood close to restaurants, gyms and shopping. Best of all, for all its proximity to the action, is super quiet and comfortable. Bring your own spices for cooking. A real haven.

I booked this property for a week-long stay after having surgery at Jersey City Medical Center, so it was imperative that it be a comfortable, bright, hassle-free home away from home. It did not disappoint! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and there are plenty of shops within walking distance if you need to grab groceries, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and were very useful for our stay. Each room has its own heat/ac unit, which was so nice, especially since the weather was all over the place during our stay (on that note, they have umbrellas available by the front door). The area around the apartment is adorable, and we felt safe at all times of day/evening (though the latest we were out was 9pm). As stated in the post, the PATH station is so close and super easy to navigate. Make sure to look through the Welcome Book for a very comprehensive guide of the surrounding shops and restaurants - it was extremely helpful! Peter has thought of everything and was so accommodating. He answered my many questions and even offered to return an Amazon package that I accidentally had shipped to the apartment :) We would definitely stay here again and can't recommend this place enough!
