Lovely little hotel in a perfect location! Short walk to the local beach, and easy, affordable taxi rides to several other gorgeous nearby beaches. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Jose made us the best lattes ever! A bit hard to find at first (not well signposted), but a breeze thereafter. Highly recommended!
No complaints.
Maybe a sign out front would be helpful.

This is a sweet little spot in a quiet area but very close to the action of Santa Cruz so very walkable to restaurants, the beach, etc. It is very lush and green so it feels a lot cooler than most areas.
Our room was very basic, one of the beds creaked very loudly as there was bamboo under the mattress. The bathroom area is in need of a renovation. The wood on the vanity was rotting and the faucet was very wobbly. The curtains were propped up on screws on both sides and the whole rod came down when we tried to open the patio door.
