The pool

The place has a lot of charm and personality There was a nice pool and rooftop with a hammock and longe chairs to relax. The balconies were nice to sit out on and listen to the birds.
It was a long walk to the beach but only seemed long because of the heat. If I just went out earlier in the day it would be okay.

Excellent location, within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Property has a nice swimming pool, a common area with kitchen and dining area, and a rooftop area where you can catch a nice breeze while in a hammock. Very comfortable rooms.

Check in was quick and efficient. Manager met us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Good location in Santa Cruz.
Pool needed more water - level too low for water to flow through filter to remove debris and clean the water. Room was functional but very tired - several spots where mold or water leaks had damaged the paint and subsequently been patched.
