Location and pool… room very clean
A few maintenance issues in room. Toilet paper holder needed to be screwed in more, shower curtain holder loose. And the biggest thing is if you go out on the deck and happen to shut the door behind you, you’re locked out. They should really address that.

Staff, pool, location and value for money. We stayed in a suite with a full fridge, stove top and microwave so could make some basic meals. Bed was very comfy.

The location is perfect with easy access to the local beach and just a short walk into the town of Cruceta. The staff is incredible and we’re so helpful in every way imaginable. The cleanliness of this facility is beyond anything I have ever seen in a Canadian hotel, no matter how expensive. The facilities are meticulously maintained, and you could eat off the pool deck at any time of the day. I would recommend this to anyone as it is a very good value and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I’ve stayed in many facilities as Huatulco It’s one of my favourite places in all of Mexico. We were originally exposed to this hotel as a result of our friends staying there, and I was immediately impressed upon the first time visiting here. It is an incredible place for families and couples seeking a quiet oasis in the middle of a bustling centre in Santa Cruz. The security at night is exceptional and you just cannot be left with the feeling that you are safe here. I will return Harris many times as I am able to be lucky enough to find accommodation here. I wish they had more than five stars to rate this place.

The whole group was able to stay at the same location. It was nice to have the pool area where the group could hang out at the end of the day. We all enjoyed the avocado toast with eggs at breakfast
The a/c was impossible to regulate. The water pressure was barely more than trickle. The pillows were overstuffed and hard. It was noisy. The wifi was insufficient, even when it was accessible
