Location is very good for Boat trips, excursions and close to the beach. This Hotel has a private Club included right on the beach, called BACAANDA.
No elevator on any of the buildings, a lots of steps if you get a room on the 3rd or 4th floor.
Standard one bedroom room has a very small shower , 24” x 24” inches. The AC have a sistem that Only works whit the Door Card, force you to turn off the AC Avery time you leave the room.

Beautiful hotel with an authentic feel. The pools are lovely and the staff are all very kind and friendly. The vibe is peaceful. And it’s nice that there’s also a beach club if you want a change of pace. The A/C in my room was awesome - really loud but it helped block out the child screaming at 6am…
Only that the WiFi was weak and unreliable in my room, and the price for a beer at the beach club was crazy. But these things didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay.

The location is decent within Santa Cruz. The beach club was okay.
The room was very small and stunk of sewer which is typical in Mexico. Difficult to get safe ventilation. Our patio could be accessed by others easily if desired so we did not want to leave the door open when not there or sleeping.
