The house is close to the bus and metro stops. Besides downstairs there is a supermarket so it was very convenient. It has a lot of towels, bed sheets, kitchen utensils and some cooking basics that were more than enough for us. Overall, it was comfortable and homely.
About the washing machine: although it's mentioned in the description, the owners behaved a bit strangely when we wanted to use it. They said they didn't know how to use it - which was strange because it's their house and installed by them. They said we could use it but they didn't know how to use it. Eventually we didn't use it, which was a bit disappointing.
At some point they even asked us to checkout early "in exchange" for our bag storage. Again, the bag storage was already included in the description by them, so that was also a bit disappointing. But when we pressed that we'd checkout as agreed before, they accepted and stored our bags.

La ubicación cerca del metro muy conveniente. Tiene elevador. La cocina tenia de todo un poquito. Tiendas cercanas verduras y frutas al lado. Comida cerca.
La lavadora no funcionaba. Y si la necesitábamos. Deben revisarla.
