Spacious , clean , modern , roomy , great value for money .

- The host is friendly, generous, considerate. She was available when we needed any information during our stay.
- The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. There are everything in the apartment that you may need for longer stay. The host has thought of everything and placed everything in the correct locations.
- There are three ACs in the three rooms (two bedrooms and one living room) and all works well.
- There is one private parking spot
- There were beach towels, Beach umbrella and beach chairs available. Very few apartments have such facilities.
- Washing machine right in the bathroom, it is convenient to wash cloths during longer stay.
- There are two balconies on the two sides of the apartment.
- The kitchen is equipped with every kind of amenities that you may need. There were enough coffee tabs, sugar, spices, salt and oils.
- High chair and bed for kid was available.
- There are small grocery, pharmacy, coffee shops available at walking distance. However with 2-3 mins drive, lots of big groceries (e.g. Lidl) and facilities can be reached.
- There is no negatives for such beautiful apartment, only some facts that future guests should be aware of to be prepared:
1. The way to the apartment has narrow roads, therefore if you are travelling with a car, especially big car, you need to be careful and experienced driver.
2. The location is not a "touristic location". However it is at close vicinity to many attractions around Heraklion. Naturally by car it is much easier to commute. However there is a bus connection to Heraklion.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, das Apartment hat alles was man sich wünscht. Außerdem sehr sauber und sehr modern. Die Lage bietet auch eine schöne Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und trägt definitiv auch zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei.
Da ich gerne Urlaub in Heraklion mache, werde ich auch wieder kommen.
