One of the Best Staff i ever had. Very nice room decoration. Easy Check In and very good Location for little Havanna and food.
One table was a little bit sticky. To the beach with public transportion is a little bit far.

Great location in Little Havana
Wish there was a shop or breakfast place close by. Calle 8 is 25 mins walk away. Which was long in roasting heat

The staff was very friendly and communicated well both before and after our stay. It is an older facility and refurbished nicely. The location was a bit scary, at the moment. However, Miami is a city that is being slowly refurbished, so do not count this facility out solely on the current condition of the general neighborhood. I think it was a good value since most lodging in Miami is exceedingly expensive from the perspective of a rural out-of-towner. Clearly, this is a business that cares about their customer experience. The Staff/Owner gets the best rating plus.
The accommodations were small and had that old building feel and smell. But the staff was very accommodating and concerned about a good customer experience.
