Tutto perfetto! Appartamento in posizione eccellente, dispone di tutto, cucina super attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice. Bagno con una bellissima doccia. Dispone di un posto auto interno.

Fantastic apartment away from the crowded tourist hotshots of Maspalomas. It had free private parking and ample space always. The apartment had everything we needed and the bedroom looks better in reality than in photos. Overall, it was a great stay!
We had to chase them to send us checkin instructions and then they requested to send across ID details on whatsapp, which is not a secure way to exchange personal informarion at all. But apart from that, the hosts were friendly and attentive and we will happily go back again if we have the chance!

The location of the property was very nice and convenient. Good shopping and great restaurants nearby. All within walking distance.
There were numerous things that for what we paid and what could have gotten elsewhere were not too good. Apon arriving at 10pm the first evening it was like entering a sauna and the only fans were the ceiling ones which were not very effective, we ended up buying a couple for our comfort the next day.The bed was very uncomfortable and only suited for 1 person, I ended up having to sleep on the sofa. We are 2 six foot men, and all the extra bedding were all thrown in the wardrobe, none of which had any covers or cases on. The bathroom was very basic and had leftover shower gels from other guests. Maybe having nothing and then supplying small hotel size bottles to get everyone started would be a more personable touch. Also, the soap dispenser was broken and had no soap in it.
The kitchen was the most disappointing as we had very limited crockery, 4 small plates, 4 dinner plates, and 4 pasta bowls only. There were no other bowls, dishes, serving plates, casserole dishes for the oven, nothing and the glassware was even more limited with 6 wine glasses and 6 small juice glasses and that was all. We ended up buying glassware on our own which we left. There were no oven trays or even mixing and serving bowls and there were just a couple serving utensils to make it easier to prepare a meal which is why we chose the full kitchen apartment with an oven.
The pool area wasn't however the most friendly, the residents were very very territorial and not too friendly. They also invited all their family with many children over on a daily basis buzzing them In the gate from their apartments who took all the parking and we were afraid to move our car for fear of not having a place to park.
On the morning of our departure we left at 7am for our flight and the gentleman sent a quick text asking if we had left, I then told him yes we left at 7am this morning and he responds OK. Not even asking if we enjoyed our stay or even a Thank You. Never again for us.
