ゴミ出しがいつでもできるところ。
アメニティー類の補充などは速やかに対応してくれるところは助かりました。
浴室乾燥がある物件にしたの、乾燥にはこまらなかったが、洗濯機がベランダにあることを知らなかったため、仕事から帰ってきて、夜間洗濯することが対し少しためらわれた。
排水溝の掃除がされておらず、前の利用者の髪の毛など掃除しなければならなかった。
駅は近いが、買い物は不便。
