Well-located. Kitchen & communal, desk facilities though we didn't use them. Spacious room & clear instructions for check out, laundry etc.
Comfortable beds & pillows. Safe & secure.
Frustrating door rub. Poor soundproofing. Check-out time of 10am seemed early.
Nb. Not a dislike - the room had a false window, something to be aware of.

The room was nice and quite comfortable. The common area was a nice touch.
The location was quite far from most of the activities we did but the public transport was pretty good.

The location is very good. Close to several different subway lines and walking distance to the touristy areas in Dotonbori. Staff are friendly, room was reasonably sized (double room) and equipped, and the price was right.
The bed / mattress was like concrete and was very uncomfortable for me. For the cooks, the kitchen area is a neutral - well equipped but the layout is too high/elevated on a platform, meaning any taller people (6 ft+, maybe even shorter) will hit their heads on pipes at ceiling level unless they are very careful. The fit and finish was lacking on some doors on our floor - the door frame was unfinished, so closing the door required care and attention, wasn’t just ‘pull it closed’ as you could pull it past the locking mechanism. Minor gripe.
