It was a very cosy house with all the basic things you need.Having an iron and a hair dryer was very convenient as we were in lincoln for a wedding so we only needed a shower and a bed to sleep.It was nice to provide tea and coffee.The kitchen is well equipped.
There were a few spiders in the house, and the sofa bed was not very comfortable for an adult to sleep on.May be it should have a double bed in the other room instead of a single bed.

It was clean ,nice outlook to the rear,tv good
Parking was a problem ,neighbours park over dropped curb making it very hard to get in and off drive ( good job we brought the small car ) neighbourhood is a bit sketchy ,fights near the local shop and the smell of weed

Location was good, especially having a dog.
In the main bedroom there was only bedside table, both of us needed a table. There was no chair for clothes (wardrobe for clean clothes etc). No dressing table for cosmetics, combs etc. Parking not viable on the front of the property due to other home owners parking and raised kerbs. We parked along the road which was no issue.
