THE SPACE

Set directly across from Arrowhead Lake and conveniently located between the community’s two lakes, The Hideaway offers a peaceful setting with plenty of space for families and groups.

Start the morning with coffee or tea on the front porch while taking in views of the lake. During fall, the surrounding forests fill with color, creating a beautiful backdrop for scenic drives, hiking and time outdoors. Deer are frequently seen throughout the neighborhood, and clear nights offer excellent views of the stars.

Back at the house, spend the evening around the backyard firepit beneath the string lights, relax on the partially covered deck, or enjoy foosball, darts and arcade games in the game room.

Inside, the home features comfortable gathering spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and fast fiber internet. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV and convenient charging options. Smart lighting and individual climate controls make it easy to personalize your stay.

Please note that the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.

Arrowhead Lake requires mandatory guest-registration and amenity fees for all reservations. All HOA registration fees are included in your reservation as a "Club Fee." There will be no separate HOA charge after booking unless a late-registration fee or another guest-requested change applies.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private use of the home, game room, deck, yard and firepit area. The only inaccessible spaces are one locked cleaner’s closet and two locked utility closets.

Self-check-in is available through the smart lock, and a unique door code will be provided before arrival. Because Arrowhead Lake is gated, registered guests will also receive a QR entry pass approximately one to two days before check-in.

The private driveway accommodates up to five vehicles.

COMMUNITY REGISTRATION

Arrowhead Lake requires all guests and vehicles to be registered before arrival. After booking, the primary renter will be asked to provide complete and accurate information for every guest and vehicle.

Same-day reservations are not permitted. Reservations made within three days of check-in are subject to a $100 HOA late-registration fee. Please provide the requested information promptly so registration and gate access can be completed on time.

MINIMUM RENTAL AGE

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, as required by the township and HOA. Guests of all ages are welcome, but the person making the reservation must meet the minimum-age requirement. A photo ID from the primary renter will be requested during registration.

TRASH AND WILDLIFE

To help prevent problems with bears and other wildlife, Arrowhead Lake does not offer curbside trash collection. All trash must be taken to the community Trash and Recycling Center next to the Welcome Center.
