About this house rental
Enjoy a warm winter in the Florida Keys at this beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with bonus loft at Executive Bay Club. You'll delight in having indoor/outdoor lifestyle from the spacious living room to the back patio. Washer and dryer in unit and TVs in every bedroom for your entertainment. Relax at the heated pool or enjoy the island life at the sandy beach while taking in those special sunsets. Other community amenities include pickleball, tennis, kayaks and a fishing pier.
All bedrooms are on the second floor, with access by a spiral staircase. The first floor features kitchen, dining and living areas with access to the back patio. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The two guest bedrooms have a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, plus a bonus loft area with a full size bed.
The back patio comes with a grill, chairs and umbrella for sunny BBQ days. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and fast wireless internet.
LOCATION & COMMUNITY
This is a private gated community with 24/7 security. Next door to Founders Park, you can enjoy amenities such as bike paths, baseball, soccer, basketball, a playground and a marina. Islamorada is known as the sport fishing capital of the world and you are close to many dive sites as well. Enjoy a paddleboard or kayak tour at one of the local outfitters, or take short drive to Morada Way Arts District to enjoy local art galleries and brewery.
Please note:
Our dock is great for fishing or seeing the manatees that often come by. The dock is NOT available for guest boats; it is just for pick-up and drop-off. Founders Park next door has a public boat ramp and marina.

Winn Dixie is located 4 miles north (around Mile Marker 91 in Tavernier), and Publix is located 4 miles south in Islamorada.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as described and we enjoyed the complex especially the small beach. We had a small problem with the stove and Kristi came promptly and ordered the parts. The kitchen could use a few more basic things like a liquid measuring cup, a hand mixer and slow cooker. The property is in a great location convenient to bars and restaurants.
