There is no private pool at the home, but guests have access to the community pool and spa. It is generally open from 8:00am to 6:00pm - please confirm the current hours onsite, as they change with the season.
★ What are the additional fees? ★
Pets are $150 per animal.
★ What is the parking situation? ★
Parking is in the garage and driveway, for a maximum of four vehicles. The HOA does not allow street parking, and violations risk a fine of $200 or more as well as towing, which guests are liable for.
★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★
Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, an additional cleaning fee applies per bed.
★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★
Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★
We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.
★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★
Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.

The house was nice & I was excited to enjoy a relaxing time during my 5 day stay. Unfortunately, when i arrived, the kitchen trashcan was full of dirty diapers. In addition on day two I experienced a major ant infestation. I emailed both the property owner & manager. I received a response the following day & the manager dropped a can of Raid ant spray at the front door. The spray most certainly killed the ants but the smell was exceptionally strong. I spent the remainder of the evening in the bedroom with the door shut. Much to my dismay, the mal-odor from the ant spray remained uncomfortably strong for the remainder of my stay despite mopping twice to try & remove the spray. I sent an email to the owners & did not receive a response. I texted the property manager & didn’t receive a response for 24 hrs. The smell was so offensive that i spent my time sitting outside in 100 F weather because the smell from the ant spray caused me to have a headache & feel ill. I know thay the ants & the spray were not intentional, but I was disappointed that I rented a 3 bedroom home & I had to remain shut in a bedroom or outside rather than enjoying the property I rented. I did request either a discount or a credit and I was told that my situation would be reviewed, but it has now been a 5 days since checking out & I have received no follow-up. I feel as though i have allowed ample time for a response. I am disappointed in the way this situation was handled (or not handled).
