About this house rental
Wobbly Pelican #2 sits next door to the original 3 bedroom Wobbly Pelican (#1). The home currently has a beautiful ocean view and the beach is just steps away! The exterior of the house is new including siding, windows, doors & AC. The heated pool has been re-tiled / re-surfaced and a new privacy fence has been installed. The main elevated living floor has new flooring and paint among other updates. The house boasts one large deck which has a portion that is screened in. 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen, Twin + Twin) and 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. Maximum occupancy is 6. Property is located between public beach access 16 and 17 which is about 1/2 mile from the Publix grocery store to the north and 1/2 mile from CVS to the south.

We stayed from 6-1 to 6-6 and even though the weather didn’t cooperate with our stay, we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub four out of five days and still managed to come home to Pennsylvania with a tan (weather was cloudy and some rain). The house was very close to the beach for a few that wanted to add a few steps while on vacation. The accommodations were clean and fully stocked with almost anything needed. The only thing missing was a bathroom on the ground level but it looks like that might be a way to in progress. Never had to contact host because never any problems. We were able to get the hot tub working since the directions were easy to follow. Hopefully we get to return to FMB and stay here again.

Great home! We loved our time at this home! Great location, clean, stocked with everything we needed for the stay. Even had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use on the beach. Loved the pool and hot tub. We definitely will stay here again!

What a beautiful house so close to the gulf. 6 beach chairs, umbrella and an insulated cooler bag. We had a great girls trip. Kevin was very reaponsive and helpful! We will define stay there again!
