Nice on first impression. But scratch the service its run down

On first appearance it is a very modern apartment, looks very attractive

This was a two week stay off the back of traveling. We had purposely chosen an apartment with the listen facilities. Broken dishwasher. Surprised it wasn't fixed as previous reviews had mentioned it. Minimal plates, cups, glasses etc. Mouldy washing machine. I actually went to the supermarket and got cleaning products to do it myself . It is likely because the door has to be shut permanently in order to close the cupboard door. But doing so is bad for the washing machine. So the main bit. It was August. There was a heatwave. The apartment was roasting. We asked the company if there was anything they could help with, lend us a fan, or maybe some black paper for the windows. The response.... Everything available is shown in the photos. When I started reading back through reviews I could see this was their generic response. We were struggling to sleep with two kids, the heat plus the curtains on the windows were so useless. Like dangling bits of useless material. Again.... "What you see in the photos is what you get" . So my review is about how those fixtures and fittings work in reality. The sun came up early and we couldn't sleep after 5am as the apartment was so bright. So we went to the shops , purchased two fans and a load of heavy duty bin bags and tape. We covered the windows ourselves and it became a little bit more livable. Location great. But there are better apartments and service elsewhere.

Perfect apartment in the heart of krakov

The apartment was amazing. Clean, well equiped, and the location - close to the city center, and also small shop next to the apartment. And no parking problems. And the best thing is the makineta with coffee in the morning. No need for more
