Daniele is truly the best host I have ever encountered. He was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of his own house wine and kindly offered free luggage storage—such thoughtful gestures that made us feel very welcome.
The apartment was even better than the photos and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-equipped and felt like a home away from home.
We were also very impressed by Verona and its warm hospitality. The people here are friendly, kind and honest, considerate which made our visit even more enjoyable.
Without a doubt, one of the best stays I have ever had. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Nettes kleines Studio mit guter Lage zur Arena ( ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss). Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse. Klimaanlage bei heissen Tagen vorhanden. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Danke Daniele für die Gastfreundschaft
Ausstattung mit italienischen Charme zum Teil schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Duschkopf sollte entkalkt oder ersetzt werden.

appartamento a piano terra in strada laterale, con poco rumore. circa 1.5km dalla stazione e 500m dal centro, Arena, Piazza delle Erbe e principali monumenti tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Gradito l'omaggio della bottiglia di vino, per far conoscere la cantina del proprietario, ma non era un gesto obbligatorio. Aria condizionata anche se solo in camera sufficiente per dare un po' di fresco a tutto l'appartamento. Bagno con box doccia e lavatrice.
Appartamento non adatto per 4 persone (per stessa ammissione del proprietario, quindi perché viene pubblicizzato per 4 persone massimo?): ha 4 posti letto vero, ma se apri il divano letto non entri più, perdi completamente il mini cucinotto-soggiorno. Cucina non adeguata: mancano coltelli (ce ne era 1 solo!), pentole, ciotole, e materiale per cucinare. Se devo acquistare io le pentole, non è una cucina! 3 sole sedie e scomode. Arredamento poco pratico e funzionale, messo alla rinfusa e senza uno stile definito: in camera, comodino che impedisce apertura cassetti armadio; armadio moderno, comò e specchiera stile retrò(?); in cucina, porta frigo e credenza da sistemare, divano moderno, tavolo antico, sedie non in coordinato. Il box doccia chiude l'accesso a dei pratici scaffali per riporre asciugamani e prodotti da bagno: si vede che è stato realizzato senza tenere conto di soluzioni strategiche. Illuminazione da rivedere: brutti i faretti in camera Si potevano pensare delle luci di lettura messe a parete, con mensole al posto dei comodini.
