The communication was excellent and the videos we're helpful. The apartment was clean, well laid out and had plenty of storage. It was on the 3rd floor so involved stairs and also had stairs up to the bathroom. We had breakfast on the small balcony watching the swifts flying by. The air con was needed at times and there was a fan in the kitchen/diner.

Quiet Street, quiet neighbors in the building and great location. 15 minute walk from Porta Nuova train station. The entire city is easy to reach on foot. The amenities of coffee, water and an espresso pot were wonderful. Claudia was a joy to work with!
