You will be pampered by the living area with large Smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube, to entertain young and old. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine and various utensils, with a dining table for 4 people.
The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, while the double sofa bed is perfect for a rejuvenating rest after a day spent admiring the artistic wonders of the city. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine and hairdryer.
You can enjoy a fast Wi-Fi connection thanks to the optical fiber, also ideal for smart working.
A few steps away you will find covered private parking spaces such as the Cittadella Car Park (€18/day) and the Arena Car Park (€22/day), ensuring convenience during your stay.

Before your arrival you will be asked to fill in the online registration procedure in which you must:
• declare your personal details, providing a photo of the identity documents of all the guests and a selfie of the guests, to prove the veracity of the documents;
• sign the tourist rental agreement; • the payment of the tourist tax, which is not included in the price of the accommodation, and is 3.50€ per person per night.

OTHER DETAILS OF THE HOUSE TO NOTE: As
for the house, we would like to remember that there is no air conditioning, but a fan. The apartment tends to be quite cool even on the hottest days of August.
In addition, in Italy we have 3kW of electricity per accommodation, so turning on several large appliances at the same time, the power goes off.
In addition, if you have specific requests regarding beds, please inform us as soon as possible (at least 24 hours before arrival). For example, if you want to book for 2 people, only the double bed will be prepared, not the sofa bed. If you wish to sleep separately, note that the extra linen has an additional cost of €25.00 to be paid directly to us.
City Tax: € 3,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 5 nights
