Welcome to favelas

Nothing.

There are people living inside, the level of cleanliness is very poor, it smells, and the shared spaces are really poorly maintained. Finally, you can't have a bathroom for more than 10 people.

Requested a refund due to extenuating circumstances months prior; never heard from the host. They kept my money.

Customer service is worst, didn’t get time to take showers cause i waited in line
