Traveling from San Francisco for a Kerala road trip, we booked a one-night stay at Kowju Airport Hotel Calicut.
The staff provided a very prompt airport pickup, making our arrival seamless.
We stayed in a pristine family room (one king, one single bed) with top-shelf amenities. Having stayed in luxury properties like the Taj (in India) and equivalent worldwide, I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel bathrooms I have ever seen!
The fitness center was also impressive, featuring a high-end Technogym treadmill.
I feel that the only reason this hotel is very affordable: the surrounding is not that fancy.
Combined with a wonderful restaurant and incredibly friendly service staff, it was a flawless stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone flying into Calicut for its unbeatable airport proximity and excellent, five-star facilities!
