Overall, it was a pleasure staying with Hotel D'Paris ! Best Location, Very Clean and very good staff 24x7 !
The breakfast is lovely. The front office staff Mr.Blessan, a look alike of Tamil Nade CM Vijay was very sweet and polite professional.

The location was great, center of the city. The breakfast has less varieties but it's on time, hot and tasty. Good authentic Kerala food and English breakfast. They welcome our family at 2am with smile and given the extra bed in few mins. The staffs are friendly and supportive.

Location and need and clean rooms
I am extremely disappointed with the breakfast service during our three-day stay at the hotel.
Every morning, we had to wait a very long time for breakfast. The quantity of food provided was not sufficient, and there were not enough staff members available in the breakfast area to serve the guests properly.
On our last day, three members of our group did not receive breakfast at all. We waited for more than 40 minutes, but nobody came to attend to us or take care of the issue. We also complained at the reception, but unfortunately, no one took the matter seriously. Even when the manager came to address the issue, there was no proper solution or support provided.
I also spoke to the manager by phone. He was staying at the same hotel, but unfortunately, he was not willing to properly understand or resolve our concerns.
Overall, the breakfast service was extremely poor and disappointing throughout our three-day stay. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel, especially when guests are paying for their stay and expecting basic services to be provided properly.
I request the management to take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and provide an appropriate response and resolution.
