The location is away from the town but situated well.
We booked suite rooms and the AC wasn’t working for the first ones we checked into. We had to change rooms THRICE and we finally got a suitable room in the seventh floor. But here the problem was that it was smelling awful. As in the drainage pipe kinda smell.
The breakfast was so shady. They should keep a no breakfast included option as it was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve had.
They didn’t have all the amenities in every room. No body lotions provided in any room, no hair dryer in normal deluxe rooms.

The hotel is new and they need to be on track at the earliest. Specially the restaurant was not open till now.

Location was very nice
The complementary breakfast was not that much good,options are very less ,I used to stay here only when I came to Calicut ,but this time not much satisfied,rooms having wetting issue in tile,AC was not properly working,because of that it make us very difficult, current also gone many times
