Paramount tower don't recommend to anyone it shows 4star but there is no facility of the same.

Satisfied , and selected for the next trips to Calicut.

Breakfast was excellent. Overall stay at the p.tower is fully recommendable to any.

Bed tea aspect. Can adopt room service for bed tea 8nstead of self preparation.

Staff are rude and not cooperative. Didn't allow early checkin even though it was pre booked. Very late breakfast timing, making the complementary breakfast useless.

STAFFS ARE NOT AT ALL RESPONSIBLE. Worst experience from a hotel. 1. First of all not deserving 4 star, only deserve 2 star. 2. We had to wait 1 hr to get the room that too in the late evening. 3. Staffs were not friendly. 4. No response if we ask for water or any basic needs. 5. The room was having paint smell too much. Seems a room just given to stay. 6. There was refrigerator, no kettle, no chair. 7. Bathroom was not clean. No hot water. 8. Too much dust in the bed. 9. Too much noise from AC. 10. No response from staffs, we have to 3 or 4 times for everything.

Location ,staff, hotel ambience. Quick cab arrangement

Bathroom had a see through window which was unnecessary. Even though u have a curtain / blind from inside, it was not neede. Even a person from outside can see inside of the bathroom . Why do u need such a window?

Only like the location it's very near to Railway Station

I won't recommend anyone to go over there, they won't clean the room properly after the guest vacate It's full of dust and very old building, Please not to waste money

Nothing worthwhile to write about.

Good location, nice ambiance and fairly clean.

Restaurant has to improve their service. Nobody seems to know the art of customer relations there. No one would ever attend the telephone, food ordered was not served even after one hour. Rooms were not cleaned or beds made up for the entire day. Even though there is TV facility in the room, most of the paid channels were not available to watch . I was planning to watch India vs Australia cricket match , but no sports channels were available.

All the facilities are near the hotel. Railway station and beach are in walkable distance. Nice hotel with quality food
