Staff was courteous, building was quiet. Onsite laundry and gym were a bonus. The GM and Suzie were so accommodating.

Was close to where we needed to be. Was clean but very spartan, however was much less expensive than other options, so good value.
I guess that I was unprepared for how spartan it was. Had I known I may have packed differently.

I knew this was a budget hotel. And it is. It's new, clean and relatively cheap. I just needed a place to sleep. That part met my expectations.
You will have to ask for shampoo & conditioner. And a hair dryer. Oh and a plastic cup for brushing your teeth. With that said the staff was polite and helpful. Keep an eye on when the front desk is staffed, though.
Also, the beds are on metal frames, and a "hardwood". One of them squeaked when you rolled over. Good news for us, one of us sleeps like the dead and doesn't move around a lot, so we switched beds and it worked out fine for our needs.
